Welcome to Prasad & Srinath

The Firm is headed by S. PRASAD, F.C.A. He graduated from Loyola College, Chennai in1967 and subsequently apprenticed under a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Chennai. After completion of his Chartered Accountancy in 1970, was employed in various capacities for ten years with two industrial groups at Chennai.

Commenced independent practice in 1981 and is the Senior Partner of the firm.

He is Chairman of Audit Committees in the Boards of a listed Non banking Finance Company, two listed public limited companies in the Automotive industry and a General Insurance Company in the private sector. He is also Independent Director in two other public limited companies.



Audit

Be appointed as Statutory Auditors of the company under the Companies Act, 1956.
Conduct Internal Audit of any activity.



Compliance

Co ordinate with other professionals for ensuring compliance under Indirect taxes or other Government Regulations like Provident Fund, Factories Act etc.



Advisory

Advice on legal matters with further coordination with legal counsel.
Advice on Transfer Pricing.



Other Services

Incorporation of a company in India under Indian Companies Act. 1956. Attend to all formalities up to â€œReady to commence businessâ€™ stage.
