About Us

The Firm is headed by S. PRASAD, F.C.A. He graduated from Loyola College, Chennai in1967 and subsequently apprenticed under a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Chennai. After completion of his Chartered Accountancy in 1970, was employed in various capacities for ten years with two industrial groups at Chennai.

Commenced independent practice in 1981 and is the Senior Partner of the firm.

He is Chairman of Audit Committees in the Boards of a listed Non banking Finance Company, two listed public limited companies in the Automotive industry and a General Insurance Company in the private sector. He is also Independent Director in two other public limited companies.

As part of practice, assists overseas investors to set up joint ventures in Tamilnadu. The other three Partners joined the firm in 1994 .They hold qualification in Information System Audit and have considerable experience in Bank audits.
